摘    要:随着高等教育不断呈现大众化、市场化、多样化的特点,以及高校迎来“90后”这一被时代赋予特殊含义的群体,高校必须对新生的入学教育进行改革,各高校应根据自身的特点,建立系统性的入学教育,包括大学适应教育、学业指导、认知和自我教育、大学生涯规划教育,以对接学生长远的职业发展,拓宽教育目的,加深教育内涵。

Abstract:With popularity, marketization and diversification of higher education and the incoming of the post-90s student, universities must change the entrance education for new comers and build a systematic entrance education based on their own actualities, including adaptive education, academic instruction, cognitive and independent education, career planning education as part of the effort to lay a solid foundation for long-term vocational development, diversify the aim of education and deepen the understanding of education.
