| 摘 要： | 当前，信用证严格相符原则的具体适用标准存在争议，UCP600软化了该原则，更加明确了其具体适用标准。严格相符原则的适用标准应当由主体标准、客观标准、非实质性不符标准和程序标准共同组成。在实践中将四种标准结合运用，缺一不可，同时应当注意其例外。

| Abstract: | Currently,there is controversy in concrete applicable standards on strict compliance principle of letter of credit(L/C),while the UCP600 softens the principle and clarifies its particular applicable standards.The applicable standards on strict compliance principle consist of subjective standard,objective standard,immaterial inconsistent standard and program standard.In practice,we should combine four standards together and consider some exceptions at the same time. |
