大学生自主创业研究:全球视角与中国的选择

我国大学生创业历史较短，缺乏完善的体系、科学的机制和良好的社会氛围，与西方发达国家特别是美、英等国相比仍有很大的差距。借鉴英、关大学生创业的经验，结合我国当前的大学生创业现状，从政府、高校、社会等方面提出了相关的完善路径：建立快速推动创业工作的管理机制；加强大学生创业意识、创业知识、创业心理品质等教育；多渠道扩充风险投资基金等。

The Study on the Undergraduate Self-Employment: A Penetrating View from the Comparative Perspective

The self-employment for college students is new in China.There still are no perfect system,scientific mechanism and favorable social atmosphere.Compared with western countries,especially the United States and Britain,a considerable gap is existed.Taking reference from the United States and Britain and combining with China's current status of students self-employment,the government,colleges and some social organizations have suggested some relevant measures in which include to establish a rapid path to improve the management mechanism for the promotion of the sponsoring enterprise;to strengthen the education for the college students who sponsor enterprises with the sense,knowledge and psychological qualities;and to expand the investment funds in multi-channels and so on.
