新中国70年就业政策的变迁

就业是民生之本。新中国成立70年来,就业政策始终坚持以回应民生期盼、化解民生难题、谋求民生福祉为导向,以保障和改善民生为根本,以维护社会稳定为前提,以实现更高质量和更充分就业为目标,为新时代做好就业工作提供了有益借鉴。新时代完善就业政策,应在调结构、保民生、补短板等方面持续用力,在全面建成小康社会的决胜期使广大劳动者生活得更加体面、更有尊严。

The Change of Employment Policy of the PRC from 1949 to 2019

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.Since the founding of the PRC,China’s employment policy has always been guided by responding to people’s livelihood expectations,resolving people’s livelihood problems and seeking people’s livelihood well-being.It is based on ensuring and improving people’s livelihood,premised on maintaining social stability,aiming at achieving higher quality and full employment,which provides a useful reference for the employment work in the new era.In order to improve the employment policy,we should make sustained efforts in adjusting the structure,protecting the people’s livelihood and making up for shortcomings,so as to make the majority of workers live a more decent and dignified life in the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
