| 摘 要： | 在工程施工任务分配模式下,阐述物资采购的前期管理和过程控制,包括采购方案策划、采购管理制度建设、采购计划管理、综合比价法确定采购渠道、二次谈判选商、建立与供应商合作双赢等管理控制措施,以加强工程施工任务分配模式下的物资采购管理,使工程物资成本得到有效控制。
