中国与“一带一路”沿线国家农产品贸易网络结构与合作态势

对中国与“一带一路”沿线国家农产品贸易网络结构、贸易特征和合作伙伴关系的实证分析表明,“一带一路”沿线国家农产品贸易空间关联网络密度较高,中国在这一空间关联网络内处于中心位置;2007~2016年,中国仍然存在一定程度的贸易逆差,但进出口贸易差额逐步趋缓;中国与“一带一路”沿线国家间的农产品进出口贸易关系日渐紧密,双方贸易间互补性与竞争性并存,互补性强度大于竞争性强度;“一带一路”沿线国家在中国的农产品贸易市场中居于不同的战略位势,与中国形成了差异化的贸易合作伙伴关系。为此,中国应采取强化区域间战略对接、加大政府政策支持力度、完善区域合作网络等农产品贸易合作措施,促进农产品贸易合作的顺利开展。

The Network Structure and Cooperation Situation of Agricultural Product Trade between China and the Countries along the Belt and Road Initiatives

An empirical analysis of China’s agricultural product trade network structure,trade characteristics and partnership relationship along the Belt and Road Initiatives(BRI)shows that the density of the spatial correlation network of agricultural products trade along the BRI is relatively high,and China is in the central position in this spatial correlation network;China still exists a certain degree of trade deficit in 2007~2016,but the balance of import and export trade is gradually slowing down.The relationship between China’s agricultural products import and export trade with the countries along the BRI is becoming more and closer.The complementation and competitiveness coexist in bilateral trade,and the intensity of complementation is greater than that of competitiveness.In the exchange market,they occupy different strategic positions and form different trade partnerships with China.To this end,China should take such measures as strengthening strategic docking between regions,increasing government policy support and improving regional cooperation network to promote the smooth development of agricultural trade cooperation.
