摘    要:运用贫困地区793份农户调查数据,考察互联网信息技术使用对农户收入影响的异质性及作用机制。结果表明,互联网信息技术使用对农户增收效果比较明显。在消除农户个体选择偏误后,互联网信息技术使用对农户总收入、人均纯收入、非农总收入和农业总收入效应分别为25.7%、20.0%、23.5%、29.6%;采用OLS回归和Heckman回归估计互联网信息技术使用对不同来源构成的收入也均有显著正向影响;互联网信息技术使用对农户增收效应在不同教育水平和年龄阶段具有显著个体异质性;作用机制显示互联网信息技术使用会降低农户信息搜寻成本、形成较强价格效应、拓展市场参与范围、提升人力资本,进而达到增收效果。

Abstract:Based on 793 farmers survey data in poverty areas,and discuss the effect of internet information technology on farmers’different income which include the heterogeneity and mechanism.The results show that the use of internet information technology has a significant effect on farmers’income.After eliminating the individual choice errors,it is estimated that the effects of internet information technology on farmers’total income,per capita net income,non-agricultural total income and agricultural total income are increasing 25.7%,20.0%,23.5%and 29.6%respectively.OLS and Heckman regression are used to estimate effect of internet information technology on income from different sources,which there is a significant positive impact.Meanwhile,the use of internet information technology has significant individual heterogeneity in different educational levels and age stages.What’s more,the mechanism shows that the use of internet information technology reduces farmers’information search cost,forms a stronger price effect,expands the scope of market participation,and promotes human capital which increase farmers’different income.
