| 摘 要： | 服务业高质量发展主要体现为服务业发展能够有效适应、创造和引领市场需求,凸显坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念的系统性、整体性和协同性。推进服务业高质量发展,应形成一批顺应服务业高质量发展要求的企业和企业家,营造有利于服务业高质量发展的营商环境,培育契合服务业高质量发展要求的产业生态,创新完善包容审慎的服务业监管框架和政策体系。

| Abstract: | The high-quality development of service industry mainly reflects that the service industry development can adapt effectively,create and lead the market demand,and adheres to the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing in a more systematic,holistic,and coordinated way.In order to promote the high-quality development of service industry,a group of enterprises and entrepreneurs should be formed who meet the requirements of the high-quality development of service industry,the business environment and industrial ecology should be cultivated which is conducive to the service industry development in high-quality way,and tolerant and prudent supervision framework and policy system for service industry should be innovated and perfected. |
