硬脂酸改性氢氧化铝阻燃剂的实验研究

摘    要:为改善氢氧化铝阻燃剂与聚合物材料之间结合力差的现状,必须对其进行表面改性。实验采用湿法表面改性工艺,以硬脂酸为改性剂对氢氧化铝阻燃剂进行表面改性处理,通过活化指数和沉降速度等表面物化性能的测定,确定了最佳的改性工艺条件。实验结果表明:改性剂用量为3%,温度为80℃,时间为30min。

Abstract:Flame retardant of aluminium trihydrate must be modified to improve the compatibility with non - polar polymer. Aluminium trihydrate was modified by stearic acid by means of wet craft in this experiment. The activation index and sedimentation rate were determined. Experimental result showed that the optimum technical conditions of modification were 3% in dosage,80℃ in temperature,and 30 min in time.
