摘    要:高职高专院校要具有核心竞争力,离不开独特的管理机制和激励机制,薪酬激励又是激励机制中最重要最直接的激励手段。本论文将薪金分为不同内涵的模块形式,根据教师所创造出的价值,给予相应的薪金分配,使薪金分配、用人理念与学校发展三者紧密结合。

Abstract:Vocational college to have a core competence can not do without the unique management system and incentive mechanism, incentive compensation incentive mechanism is the most important and direct incentives. This thesis is divided into different content modules payroll forms, according to teachers to create value for the corresponding salary allocation of the pay distribution, employment and development, concepts closely with the school.
