| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩张,财务管理混乱、财务制度缺失等情况直接威胁到高校自身的可持续健康发展。本文拟在对高校贷款财务风险现状和成因进行分析的基础上,尝试提出防范和化解这一风险的对策,以期对存在借款财务风险的我国高校有所裨益。
