中国与加拿大高等职业教育数学教学比较研究

摘    要:数学作为工程类、经济管理类等诸多专业的基础课,在国内外的高等教育包括高等职业教育中都占据着重要的地位,发挥着重要的作用,但在数学课程教学内容、教学手段与方法等诸多方面,我国与发达国家之间都有较大差别.通过对中国与加拿大高等职业教育数学课程教学内容、教学方法的比较研究,发现我国高等职业教育数学教学的长处与不足,以期为深化数学教学改革提供可资借鉴的经验.

Abstract:The third party of administrative litigation comes from the civil litigation. Whereas it is unsuitable to classify it according to the mode of civil litigation mechanically, should analyze it according to characteristics of administrative litigation. Taking measures from original administrative legal relation, according to the different status of the third party during primary administrative legal relation, the third party can be classified as administrative subject, administrative counterpart and administrative third party. This classification ensures the logical coherence of legal relation, is easy to judge and is helpful to definite the right of the third party, furthermore is helpful for perfect administrative litigation system of our country.
