论我国“十五”期间的失业问题及治理

伴随我国市场经济的发展,失业已成为当前一个严峻的问题。因此,在“十五”期间要采取短期措施和长远治理方案相结合的原则,通过维持一定的国民经济增长速度,发展第三产业和劳动密集型产业及推进中小城镇建设等,建立一套有效吸纳社会就业的经济发展体系。

Harnessing Unemployment Issue During China's "10th Five-Year Plan"

With the development of market economy,unemployment has become a serious problem at the time. The authors of this paper suggest a comprehensive package of approaches to promoting employment in the country's 10th Five-Year Plan,such as sustaining a rapid GNP growth, encouraging the development of the third industry and labor-intensive industry and supporting small & medium-sized enterprises.
