Problems and Solutions in the Development of Internatioanl E-Commerce

International E-commerce is global, invisible, anonymous, instant, paperless and evolves rapidly, which has become a new way of international trade of Chinese enterprises. At present, market competition of cross-border e-commerce is increasingly fierce as the gov-ernment has offered favorable policy, market growth is promising, industry power develops in rapid speed, and the effect is obvious in pulling the domestic demand and promoting employment. The growth of international e-commerce faces difficulties, including distrust of consumers, incomplete service system, and unfamiliar language and geographical environment. Solutions for developing international e-commerce are proposed. First, be aware of the best commercial pattern trusted by consumers is the combination between online shoppers and payers. Second, get familiar with language and cultural environment and integrate resource chain. Third, know well the procedures in terms of transiting customs, commodity inspection, insurance, and clearing for facilitating a smooth cooperation of these fields.
