摘    要:为适应企业低成本发展战略,降低设备管理运行费用,借助可靠性理论建立了总费用最低情况下的设备检查周期的数学模型。通过合理简化和求解,得到了设备检查周期与失效率之间的函数关系应用得到的结论确定了抽油机等设备的检查周期,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:To meet the need of low-cost development strategy and reduce the operating cost of equipment management, a mathematical model is established on the cycle of equipment examination at a minimum total cost, on the strength of reliability theory. The functional relation between equipment examination cycle and failure rate is found by rational simplification and resolution. The examination cycles for oil pump and other equipment are determined by applying the conclusion obtained and letter results have been achieved.
