| 摘 要： | 针对中小型轴承加工企业存在库存过高、占用流动资金多的问题,提出基于"精益生产"思想的库存管理方法。即中小型轴承加工企业可以采用:选择合适的原料供应商、采用经济订购批量法订货、实行全面质量管理、采用拉动式准时化生产组织方式、构建5S现场管理系统等方法来降低其库存费用。

| Abstract: | In view of the small and medium processing enterprises bearing the inventory management problems,from Lean production perspective to an analysis by small and medium-sized bearings processing enterprises can use:select the appropriate raw materials suppliers,the use of economic ordering quantities,a comprehensive quality management,pull-JIT production system,the construction of 5S site management system to reduce its warehouse management costs and expenses. |
