基于数字化环境的企业家精神的量表开发及检验

采用质性研究和量化研究相结合的方式，通过案例访谈和问卷调查，基于企业家精神理论剖析数字化环境中的企业家精神的内涵与维度，开发并检验企业家精神的测量量表。研究结果表明：数字化环境中的企业家精神是一个多维结构，可分为创新引领精神、数字变革精神、动态应变精神和共生共赢精神等4 个维度；同时，通过量表开发获取19 个测量题项，从而构建较高信度和效度的测量量表。研究结论为数字化环境中的企业家精神研究奠定理论基础，对于组织正确发挥和弘扬企业家精神具有一定的实践价值。

Development and Testing of a Scale for Entrepreneurial Spirit Based on Digital Environment

Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, through case interviews and questionnaire surveys, this study analyzes the connotation and dimensions of entrepreneurial spirit in the digital environment based on the theory of entrepreneurial spirit, and develops and tests a measurement scale for entrepreneurial spirit. The research results indicate that the entrepreneurial spirit in the digital environment is a multidimensional structure, which can be divided into four dimensions: innovation leading spirit, digital transformation spirit, dynamic adaptability spirit, and symbiotic win-win spirit; At the same time,19 measurement items were obtained through scale development to construct a measurement scale with high reliability and validity. The research conclusion lays a theoretical foundation for the study of entrepreneurial spirit in the digital environment, and has certain practical value for organizations to correctly play and promote entrepreneurial spirit.
