| 摘 要： | 国际化经营是世界经济发展的潮流、是中国石化工业发展的必然趋势。通过分析石化企业的现状和存在的问题，提出进行国际化经营要制定出正确战略目标和长期发展规划，通过选择正确的投资方式手建立全球性的信息与营销网络，以增强企业在国际市场上的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The internationalized management is the tendency of world economy development, and also the inevitable trend of Chinese petrochemical industry. Through analyzing the present situation and existing problems of petrochemical enterprises, the paper proposes that for carrying out the internationalized management it is necessary to lay down the correct strategic target and long term developing plan. By selecting the correct investment method and establishing the worldwide in formation and marketing network, the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market could be strengthened. |
