| Abstract: | The petroleum economy in our country today is in serious disorder. With the severe erosion and interference in all of segments from petroleum extracting, refining to marketing, the state interests suffered heavy losses. Therefore, our country should enact a complete set of law to guarantee the healthy and orderly development of petroleum economy. |
