| 摘 要： | 学风是一种无形的力量,潜移默化地对人才培养质量起着重要作用。高职院校的学生工作必须坚持以学风建设为重点,通过重视学生的思想教育、加强制度管理、营造育人氛围、激发内在动力等方面的工作形成推动学风建设健康发展的“外力”。

| Abstract: | The study atmosphere is a kind of invisible power.It plays an important role in the cultivation of talents and influences subtly on the quality of the cultivation.The work of students in vocational college should be kept on focusing on the building of study atmosphere.The study atmosphere can be built healthily through paying much attention to the ideological education, strengthening the management of system,building the atmosphere of cultivation and stimulating the intrinsic power and so on. |
