| Abstract: | With the full implementation of quantities tender bidding method,in the future bidding activities,the bill of quantities mode will be widely used.The article described the system bidding procedure,outlined the relationship of implementation of quantities and tender focusing on the tender offer strategies and techniques under the mode of bill of quantities and introduced the strategy and the tender offer skills for the construction business system personnel. |
