| 摘 要： | 高层住宅开发日益广泛但现状堪忧,本文通过对高层住宅开发设计现状的分析,归纳出高层住宅开发设计的相对优势和不足,总结了若干高层住宅设计开发对策,并探讨最近较为流行的小高层、中高层住宅的设计与开发。

| Abstract: | The development of high-rise dwelling house had been popularized day after day, but according to the present condition, it got to be worried, indeed. In this article we analysed the current situation of it, summing up the relative superiority and deficiency of development and design of high-rise dwelling house, we try to induce several points for the countermeasure of this word, and probing recent comparative prevalence of secondary high-rise and medium rise design and development of housing. |
