| 摘 要： | 农村土地纠纷有着复杂的社会历史原因，制度设计以及管理上的混乱使得土地纠纷问题格外突出。文章认为，在法律上对土地制度以及土地纠纷的解决机制予以完善，对于保护广大农民的切身利益以及社会持续稳定的发展都有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | There are complicated social and historic causes in land dispute in countryside, and the confusion exists in the design of system and administration cause the land dispute more serious. Therefore, to perfect the solution mechanism of land system and land dispute with law measure is very important to the protection of personal profits for all the peasants and the continuous and stable development of society. |
