| Abstract: | Business management is orientation of reform and development of geological prospecting units after localization, and it is the only way for geological prospecting units to enter market seeking survival and development. The paper introduces the experience and methods of taking the reform of property rights as breakthrough to speed up business management in Shan Xi Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. |
