| 摘 要： | 发展战略是决定事物发展全局的计划和策略,旅游发展战略选择的合适与否决定着旅游产业发展的成败得失,意义深远.针对当前经济社会的发展重点、旅游产业发展的省情以及旅游产业发展的阶段特点,河南省应启动"动力战略"、"人本战略"、"和谐战略"、"大旅游战略".

| Abstract: | Strategies is plans and tactics that determine overall development. Whether the tourism development strategy is suitable or not is vital to the success of tourism industry and bears much significance. The essay analyzes the significance of strategic innovation of Henan tourism industry first. In accordance with the social - economic development focuses of Henan Province, the current situation and features of the tourism industry, the essay puts forwards the strategy of power, the strategy of humanity, the strategy of harmony, and the strategy of important tourism industry, and makes basic explorations on the strategies. |
