沃尔玛跨国管理模式对中国企业的启示

摘    要:企业拥有独特的管理模式,可以构建竞争优势,提高企业的竞争力。探析了沃尔玛的跨国管理模式,在此基础上,分析了其管理模式对中国跨国企业进行国内和国际管理的几点启示,并指出中国跨国企业在借鉴其跨国管理模式时,要结合自身特点,在学习中进步。

Abstract:Enterprises, with unique management modes, can set up competition advantage and improve their competitiveness. This text analyses the transnational management mode of Wal-Mart emphatically, on this basis, it. is indicated that the management mode carries on some enlightenment of domestic and international management to transnational enterprises of China. The authors point out that transnational enterprises of China should combine with their own characteristic while drawing lessons from its tmnsnational management mode, and make progress in study.
