| 摘 要： | 水利工程是关系国计民生的基础设施建设。随着科学技术的进步,水利工程建设的规模愈来愈大,技术复杂程度愈来愈高,风险程度也相应增大。保险是一种商业行为,是基于大数定律的风险分解、转移方式。保险与水利工程的结合与发展是水利工程建设顺利实施的需要和重要保障。

| Abstract: | Water conservancy is the infrastructure construction related to the national and the people's livelihood.With the development of science and technology,the scale of engineering construction of water conservancy is larger and larger.The technology is more and more complex.The risk degree increases correspondingly.The insurance is a kind of commercial behavior.It is based on law of great numbers and to resolves and transfer risks.The combination and development of insurance and water conservancy construction is the requirement and important guarantee of implementing engineering construction of the water conservancy smoothly. |
