随着铁路供电技术的不断革新、供电设备修程修制的改革、设备运修分离模式的实践运用,接触网检修施工组织模式也发生了不小的转变。为了有效推进接触网修程修制改革,实现接触网检修装备现代化,西安供电段将JJC型接触网检修车列在接触网集中修安全运用管理方面进行了实践和验证,提高天窗有效利用率,在施工组织和安全运用方面总结了一些方法和措施,取得了较好的运用效果。

Discussion on the Operation Safety of JJC Type Catenary Maintenance Train

With the continuous innovation of railway power supply technology,the reform of power supply equipment maintenance system,and the practical application of equipment operation and maintenance separation mode,the construction organization mode of catenary maintenance has also changed a lot.In order to effectively promote the reform of catenary maintenance evaluation system and realize the modernization of catenary maintenance equipment,Xi'an Power Supply Section has carried out the practice and verification of JJC type catenary maintenance train in the management of catenary centralized maintenance and safety application,improved the effective utilization rate of skylight,summarized some methods and measures in the construction organization and safety application,and obtained better application effect.
