| 摘 要： | 陕北地区自然条件恶劣,农村就业结构不合理,导致农业生产经济效益低下,农村居民生活贫困。因此,调整陕北农村就业结构,减少农业从业人员,实现农村劳动力向二、三产业的转移,成为一条脱贫的重要途径。
