论竞争情报的知识属性及其管理

摘    要:为了能够在日益激烈的国际和国内市场竞争中生存,企业应该努力完善其竞争情报系统。竞争情报不同于数据和信息,它具有很强的知识属性。市场竞争和信息爆炸催生了企业对竞争情报的需求,而信息技术和竞争理论、情报理论的发展,为竞争情报提供了技术支持和理论基础。基于资源的企业理论考察,竞争情报具有重要的战略意义。竞争情报管理过程包括:计划、原始数据收集、原始数据评价和分析、最终竞争情报的传播和采取行动等五个步骤。

Abstract:In order to survive the increasingly fierce international and domestic competition, firms should try to improve their competitive intelligence system. Competitive intelligence belongs to the firm's knowledge, which distinguishes it from data and infor- mation. Fierce market competition and information explosion lead to substantial demands of competitive intelligence, and modern in- formation technology as well as intelligence theories and competition theories provide technological and theoretical basis for its devel- opment. From the perspective of resource- based view of firms, CI has critical strategic significance. The CI process consists of five stages: planning, raw data collection, raw data evaluation and analysis, dissemination of finished CI and taking actions.
