温州新金改背景下民间融资的状况、问题和对策——基于温州指数运作状况的调研分析

温州是民营经济的发祥地,民间融资始终为温州经济发展提供强有力的支持。新金改后,温州经济止住颓势,地区金融生态环境得到了进一步改善,正规金融利率呈现下降的趋势,然而自2018年8月以来民间融资利率连续11个月同比上升,出现了民间融资利率与正规金融利率的背离。本文将基于温州指数运作的状况,分析两者背离的原因以及民间融资存在的问题,并提出相关的对策和建议。

Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Private Financing under the Background of Wenzhou New Financial Reform--Based on the Investigation and Analysis of the Operation of Wenzhou Index

Wenzhou is the birthplace of private economy. Private financing has always provided strong sup-port for the economic development of Wenzhou. After the comprehensive financial reform, the economy of Wenzhou stopped its decline, and the regional financial ecological environment was further improved. The formal fi-nancial interest rate showed a downward trend. However, since August 2018, the private financing interest rate has been on a year-on-year rise for 11 consecutive months, showing a deviation between the private financing interest rate and the formal financial interest rate. Based on the operation of Wenzhou Index, this paper ana-lyzes the reasons for the deviation between the two and the problems of private financing, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
