梅梁湖泵站竖井贯流泵装置主要参数的确定

摘    要:结合无锡梅梁湖泵站,阐述了低扬程泵站竖井贯流泵装置水泵nD值、叶轮中心安装高程、流道线型尺寸以及主要配套设备等的确定.对比分析了竖井前置和后置两种装置的水力性能,指出影响两种装置水力性能的因素虽有所不同,但总的水力性能差异不大.为便于机组安装,改善通风条件,提出应适当加大竖井尺寸,并对机组采用强迫进、出通风方式和水冷却方式,以降低机组运行温升.

Abstract:In combination with the Meilianghu Pumping Station in Wuxi City,expounded were the determination of some parameters including the nD value for water pump,the installation altitude of impeller center and the linetype of flow channel and main auxiliary equipments for the shaft tubular pumping system of low-head pumping stations.Based on a comparison of hydraulic performances of the pre-positioned and post-positioned shaft well devices,it is concluded that the hydraulic performances of the two devices under different influencing factors are almost the same.It is suggested that the size of shaft wells should be increased to make the set installation much more convenient and improve the ventilation condition of shaft wells,and that forced convection and water-cooling modes should be adopted to reduce the temperature rise during the operation of the pumping system.
