| 摘 要： | 服务外包成为继制造外包的另一个研究热点，然而目前适用于服务外包的理论却很少。全球价值链理论是研究制造外包的理论工具，鉴于制造外包与服务外包的差异，全球价值链理论并不能照搬到服务外包领域。本文在借鉴该理论的基础上，提出了服务外包价值链的构想，构建了服务外包价值链的治理、驱动机制和升级等一些重要分析工具，以期推动服务外包的理论研究。

| Abstract: | Service outsourcing is a hot topic after manufacturing outsourcing, but the theory of service outsourcing is limited. Global value chain is a useful analytical tool for manufacturing outsourcing, which is not well fit for service outsourcing for service outsourcing is different from manufacturing outsourcing. This article gives out the idea of global value chain of service outsourcing, and constructs the governance, drivers and upgrading of global service outsourcing, in order to push the develonment of researche of service outsourcing. |
