| 摘 要： | 区域创新能力已成为影响区域竞争力的重要因素之一，区域创新系统构建及其效率的提高是增强区域创新能力的重要途径，区域创新系统已成为重多学者的研究热点。文章在阐述区域创新系统内涵、特征的基础上，分析了区域创新系统与国家创新系统、企业创新系统的内在联系，综述了区域创新系统效率测度相关文献。
