| 摘 要： | 本文着重将管理学中的激励理论应用于高校学生管理工作之中,并从研究学生层次需要,确定相应管理措施;加强过程管理,激发其主体意识;制定并实施目标管理三个方面入手,层层递进地促进高校学生工作创新,以起到抛砖引玉的作用。
