当前建筑业中传统文化与现代管理的冲突

我国有几千年的文明历史,在人们的价值观及行为准则上体现着浓郁的传统文化气息,并体现在人们的行为中,其中某些方面成为现代社会发展的障碍.现代建筑行业是以项目管理的方式进行组织管理的,一些传统文化中消极的思想意识制约着现代作业组织方式的实施,文章力图从分析人本管理、授权管理、平等诚信以及团队组织等方面现象及问题入手,分析建筑业中传统文化与现代管理冲突,为建筑业管理者提出一些思考,以期增强现代意识,重塑人们的价值体系.

The conflict between traditional culture and modern management in present construction industry

China has a great civilization with thousand of years.The Chinese traditional v alue and culture flavour have much influences on people's thinking and their beh aviour.But some aspects of that have become the obstacles of modern society deve lopment. The organizational management of modern construction industry very ofte n conducts by project management. Some negative ideas of Chinese traditional cul ture restrict the implementation of modern project management performances. The article strives to analyze the conflict between traditional culture and modern m anagement in construction industry and raise some considerations for managers of construction industry to enhance their modern consciousness as well as remold t he new value system by analyzing phenomena and problems of humanity, decentrali zation, fairness trust as well as team work organization management.
