中小企业与民间金融机构共生关系的理论分析与优化路径

从共生单元、共生模式及共生环境三个方面,分析了中小企业与民间金融机构共生的基本原理。从共生理论的视角解释了目前中小企业民间融资面临的融资后主业空心化、融资成本高、难以监管等问题。并从规范中小企业信息披露的角度,提出了中小企业与民间金融机构共生关系的优化路径:规范中小企业信息披露。

Theoretical Analysis and Optimization Path for the Symbiosis between SMEs and Private Financial Institutions

From three aspects of symbiotic unit,symbiotic model and symbiotic environment,this paper analyzes the basic principle about the symbiosis between small and medium-size enterprises and private financial institutions.Using symbiosis theory,the paper explains the reasons for the problems resulting from SMEs’ informal financing such as business virtualization,high financing cost and difficulty of supervision.Based on the above analysis,the paper proposes an optimization path,namely specifying SMEs’ information disclosure,for the symbiosis between SMEs and private financial institutions.
