| 摘 要： | 通过对国际标准和国外先进标准、行业企业标准化现状、技术贸易壁垒的认识和分析，结合本单位采用国际标准和国外先进标准取得的经验和成果，从宏观和微观、横向和纵向两个方面对采用国际标准和国外先进标准进行了阐述。对企业提高标准化水平，建立以企业为标准化主体的体系，促进国家标准、行业标准化水平的提高提出了建议。

| Abstract: | By understanding and analyzing the international standard, the advanced standard abroad, the present situation of enterprise standardization and the technical trade barriers, and in the light of the experience and outcome of adopting the international standard and the advanced standard abroad, expounds the adoption from two perspectives: macroscopic and microscopic, horizontal and vertical. Further proposes suggestions for improving enterprise standardization, for setting up the system of enterprise as the mainstay of standardization, and for promoting the national standard and enterprise standardization. |
