| Abstract: | With the characteristics of large capital demand,small mortgaged property and rich investment return in financing,the high-tech enterprises should take untraditional financing method.Comparing with main board market,the growth enterprise market focuses on growth potential,which provides new financing channel for high-tech enterprises in the second board market.Thus we should fully employ the financing positivity of growth enterprise market to high-tech enterprises to solve the financing difficulty and advance the development of high-tech enterprises. |
