服务科学、服务创新与服务经济统计的发展

依据服务科学、服务创新理论,阐述了现实产业经济中创新链与产业链的耦合关系,分析了产业演化及产业间分工向产业内分工转变的内在原因,为经济统计与创新统计的弥合奠定了理论根基。分析了传统经济统计与技术创新统计存在的局限性以及服务活动与产业价值链的关系,针对经济统计与创新统计"二张皮"的问题提出了相关建议,以为建立新型的统计体系提供理论准备。

Service Science,Service Innovation and Service Economy Statistics

According to the theory on service science and service innovation,this paper discusses the coupling relationship between innovation chain and industry chain in industry economy, and analyzes the reasons of the industrial evolution and the transition from inter-industry division to intra-industry division,which provides the theoretical basis on the cohesion between economy statistics and innovation statistics. Moreover,it analyzes the limitation of traditional economy statistics as well as technology innovation statistics and the relationship between service activity and industry value chain,and puts forward suggestions for solving the problems of the disjunction between economy statistics and innovation statistics to establish new statistics system.
