| 摘 要： | “走出去”开放战略是关系我国发展全局和前途的重大战略,目前我国实施“走出去”开放战略的条件已经具备,时机已经成熟,为推动“走出去”开放战略,政府应精心组织,加强管理,同时也对企业提出了新的要求。
