On Top Management Turnover of Acquired Firms |

| Abstract: | The target company top management turnover is a very important problem in corporation takeovers. It has an important effect on the performance of acquired firms. This article introduces some theories on the impact that the top management change has on the acquired firms, and analysed the situations in which it is appropriate to keep or change the top management. This article also discussed the present problem in china. |
