问题银行的救助:北岩挤兑事件引发的思考

In Sep.2007,Northern Rock plc fell into severe financial crisis.One month later,the first bank run since the Victoria Era occurred.The paper introduces the rescue plan taken in UK,and points out three deflections that were revealed in this incident.First is the bug of tripartite arrangement among the bank of England,HM treasury and the FSA;second is the imperfection of bankruptcy mechanism;third is the insufficiency of FSCS.Finally,the paper learns proper lessons and puts forward suggestions on China's disposition of problem bank.
