历史文化因素对南京秦淮河滨水区经济开发的价值估算分析研究

近年来,护城河的保护与开发日益受到关注。本文在实地调研的基础上,分别采用TCM法、CVM法及生态学方法,从旅游游憩价值、历史文化价值和生态价值角度对内秦淮河滨水区的经济价值进行评估;在此基础上,考察历史文化因素对内秦淮河滨水区经济价值的贡献度;最后,对我国护城河滨水区经济开发提出相应的对策建议。

Analysis on the Value of the Historical and Cultural Factors on the Nanjing Qinhuai Riverside Economic Development Estimates

In recent years,the protection and development of the moat have been a growing concern in the public.Though a lot of scholars have taken research from the angle of the planning and landscape design perspective of the moat,but few scholars discuss that from the historical and Cultural Perspective in the method of Economics. Based on the on-the-spot investigation,the paper using the TCM method ,the CVM method and ecological method to evaluate the inner Qinhuai riverside economic value from tourism and recreation value, historical and cultural value and ecological value view.On the basis of that,the paper investigated the contribution of the historical and cultural factors on the Qinhuai riverside economic value.At last,the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures to the moat waterfront economic development in our country.
