| 摘 要： | The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods thereinafter CISG drafted by the United Nations Commission on international Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has played great roole in the scope of intemational trade. Compared with other two earlier conventions drafted by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law(UNDROIT)-the Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods (ULF), CISG has more contracting parties(including United States, Germany, Australia, China and other major countries in world trade) and greater influence. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the sphere of application of CISG.
