| 摘 要： | 循环经济成为我国节约型社会建设的重要内容，对于城市经济而言，充分利用可再生资源，发展循环经济型企业成为重中之重。城市是矿物质资源缺乏，但能源消费量巨大的区域，因此，应关注城市自身形成的垃圾等再生资源的回收利用，同时，形成提高居民素质、增强环保意识等良好的社会效应。

So it will contribute to city development by use garbage the new kind of reproductive resource and improve the quality and sense of environment protect. |
