国外减少汽车出行的政策与措施

基于减少汽车出行的政策分类及交通管理的软措施机理,回顾了澳大利亚、英国、日本三国的软交通政策及其减少汽车出行的实践,并分析了三国的共同举措。结合中国的交通发展趋势,认为发展绿色交通是中国未来交通发展的必然趋势。基于对三国交通政策实践的分析,针对中国促进绿色出行的交通政策导向需求,总结了四项具有借鉴意义的启示。

Policy and resolution of reducing car travel at foreign countries

This paper reviews the practices of soft transport policy measures to reduce car travel in Australia,UK and Japan,based on the discussion of categories and mechanism of such measures,and further analyses the general characteristics of them.It suggests that green transport be necessary for the future development of transportation in China,and advances four implications for the measures to promote green travel in China,from the references to practices of these three countries.
