| 摘 要： | 资源枯竭型城市的可持续发展已成为整个社会的可持续及和谐发展的重要组成部分。在对我国资源枯竭型城市进行简要概述及对其发展过程中存在的问题进行定量分析的基础上，利用2004～2009年相关时间序列数据构建相应的可持续发展指标体系，并利用主成分分析法对其进行计量分析，得出我国资源枯竭型城市在经济转型过程中尽管存在一些问题但可持续发展能力却稳步提升的结论。

| Abstract: | Resources exhausted city sustainable development has been an important part of whole social sustainable and harmonious development.Based on the brief summary of our resources exhausted city and the quantitative analysis of the problems existing in their process of economic development,using 2004~2009 years of relevant time series data to construct the index system of sustainable development,and using the principal component analysis method to carry on the quantitative analysis,getting numerical value of sustainable development,then reaching an conclusion that our country resources exhausted city in economic transition process despite of the presence of certain issues but the city’s sustainable development has steadily improved,at last offering some relevant policy proposals. |
