| 摘 要： | 分析中国创新能力对经济增长的影响发现,技术进步是促进经济增长的主要因素。选取国家知识产权局授权专利数和国际科技论文发表数作为创新能力的衡量指标,发现授权专利数的增加是经济增长的原因,同时经济增长引起科技论文数量的增加,但论文数量的增加却不是经济增长的原因,这说明我国创新活动的质量和层次还需要提高,科研投入和评价方式还存在一定问题。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the extent of contribution of Chinese innovation capability to economic growth,and found that technological progress is the main factor prompted to economic growth.The granted patent number and academic paper number have been taken as indicators of innovation capability and the former’s increase can prompt economic growth but the latter is not the stimulus. |
