| 摘 要： | 在分析国家与地方文化产业政策法规关系的基础上,借用SWOT工具分析山西文化产业发展的优势与弱势,并以"综改区"建设为背景,以分类推进事业单位改革为契机,根据山西文化产业发展的实际情况,为山西发展文化产业、实现绿色转型提供政策措施选择。
